Meanwhile, the Royal Solomon Islands Police Force has recorded lower numbers in crimes in hot spot areas during the week.
Speaking during the police press conference today, Acting Police Commissioner Juanita Matanga says the low crime rates are attributed to communities living in East Honiara.
“I am really pleased with our communities in that area, which indicates less criminal behaviour in the area, and I’d like to thank our communities in and around the Lunga area for lesser reported cases according to police records this week.”
