Central Islands Province appointed day tomorrow
Central Islands Province will mark it’s 37th second appointed day tomorrow and preparations are currently underway in all provincial wards and the capital, Tulagi.
‘Advancing Rural Economic Growth through Meaningful Planing and Partnership with Stakeholders’ is this year’s theme.
Provincial Premier Patrick Vasuni told SIBC News, the commemorations will take place in all provincial wards as part of his government’s plan to bring the government down to the rural areas.
Premier Vasuni said key challenges and achievements will be his key message.
SIBC News understands, a formal ceremony will be held at Tulagi with the Minister for Provincial Government and Institutional Strengthening as guest of honour.
