FLOOD VICTIMS IN SOUTH GUADALCANAL FINALLY RECEIVED SUPPLIES
Victims of the April flash flood early this year families in South Guadalcanal constituency last week received relief supplies from the National Disaster Management Office.
The relief supplies was funded by the National Government and included more than three-thousand bags of rice, cartons of taiyo and noodles.
SIBC’s south Guadalcanal stringer Nathaniel Manu reports the relief supplies were delivered last Thursday by MV Kwaimaru.
“Three wards within the South Guadalcanal constituency that is Duidui ward, Vatukala ward and Talise ward received their share each. The more than one thousand families within the South Guadalcanal Constituency are very thankful to the National Government for assisting them with the relief supplies.”
