HIGH COURT VACATED RONIA’s CASE AGAINST PUBLIC SERVICE
The High Court has vacated the hearing of former Auditor General Edward Ronia against the Public Service Commission.
Oral submissions were confirmed to be presented today, however, the judge had to attend a health appointment.
The hearing was vacated and the case will be re-listed by the High Court Registrar.
Mr. Ronia is seeking a judicial review of the decision of the public service commission to terminate him in 2013.
