J.I.C.A TO MARK J.O.C.V’s 50th ANNIVERSARY

The Japanese Embassy and the Japanese International Cooperation Agency (JICA) will next week mark the Japanese Overseas Cooperation of Volunteers (JOCV’s) 50th anniversary.

The day marks the foundation of JOCV an international cooperation program undertaken by JICA.

It will include speeches from the Japanese Ambassador and a representative from the Japanese International Cooperation Agency.

A statement from the Japanese Embassy says the program takes place on June 21 at the Art Gallery.
