KGVI SCHOOL HELD PAGEANT AND SPEECH SHOW SUCCESSFULLY
King George Sixth School has successfully held a pageant show and speech competition for its students.
Chair of the event Mr Philip Tohu said the event is to build student morale especially in public speaking.
“It gave students the courage and confidence to voice their opinions on corruption in Solomon Islands and also how to look after our environment as well as human resources as an important resource.”
Meanwhile, School Principal Mr Samuel Fangata has acknowledged students and staff for a successful event.
Mr Fangata said the school will host a cultural and education day on the 29th of this month.
He said students will put on activities that revive our culture as part of their educational activities.
