LINE MINISTRIES TOLD TO DEVELOP THEIR PRIORITIES: MDPAC

The Ministry of Development Planning and Aid Coordination, MDPAC, wants Ministries to develop priorities for the Government’s overall medium term development plan.

Permanent Secretary for the Ministry Jeremiah Manele made the announcement during this week’s commemoration of the Development Service Exchange Anniversary.

Mr Manele said the priorities will form the basis for the Ministry’s budget for next year.

“So what we are doing now in terms of the government, we are asking the Ministries to come up with their medium term priorities to be reflected in the Medium Term Development Plan, and it will also be the basis for us in terms of the budget for next year.”
