M.A.L TO HOST ANNUAL STAFF CONFERENCE

The Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock is to host its extension staff for an annual conference this month.

The conference will bring together Agriculture Extension Officers to discuss new programs and activities for this year.

Agriculture Extension Director Michael Ho’ota says the conference will allow officers to produce reports and activities carried out in the provinces and design new work plans to better manage and implement agriculture development.

Mr Ho’ota adds the importance of farming will also be highlighted during the conference.

The conference begins on 15 June.
