MP DISTRIBUTES SECOND SET OF SOLAR
Member of Parliament for North Malaita, Vika Lusibaea has delivered a second set of solar panels to 30 families in Ward 8 of the constituency.
SIBC Stringer, John Kiri reports this is a second distribution of the 20 watt solar panel sets following last month’s distribution.
Kiri reports a ward representative, Basil Fo’otala said 30 families in the Ward received a set each.
Kiri also reports tonly 20 families are yet to receive their solar panel sets and the MP wants to complete her solar panel distribution in the ward.
“Again a total of thirty 20 watt solar panels have been distributed to 30 families within the Mamafua zone, Ward 7 and 8 to Na’o community. According to reports I gathered from the zone representative Basil Fo’atala, who carried out the distribution, almost everyone in his zone have received their solar panels. Only less than 20 people are yet to receive theirs”, reports Mr. Kiri.
