MP RECOMMENDS CONSTITUENTS TO WORK TOGETHER
Member of Parliament for West Guadalcanal recommends, his constituents to work together to fully benefit from constituency projects.
Hon. Moses Garu made the statement during his remarks to handover fisheries projects for constituency recipients earlier this week.
Mr Garu says, the projects belong to the people so they develop their rural livelihood.
“I would like us to have the idea that these things must work and will benefit not only for oneself and one’s family, but must be sustainable for a long period of time so that it can benefit everybody together. So once a person received a project do not be jelous about it whether he or she is your uncle or your relative, it’s yours and not only his as you can still benefit from it either directly or indirectly.”
The West Guadalcanal MP adds, housing scheme, fisheries and virgin oil production are among major projects for his constituency.
