NEW ZEALAND GOV’T ACKNOWLEDGED FOR BED DONATIONS TO N.R.H

The Acting Head of Obstetrics and Genealogy Department of the National Referral Hospital Dr Ramdinthara Sailo has acknowledged the New Zealand Government for their donation of delivery beds to the Labour ward of the National Referral Hospital through the UNICEF Solomon Islands yesterday.

Dr Sailo told SIBC News, his department is very happy with the donation, saying the labour ward now has four delivery beds.

He says it is about time the ward has new delivery beds, now with about 400 women delivering every month.
