STUDENTS CHARGED FOR DEFILEMENT
Two young students have been charged with defiling a girl under the age of 13.
Their case appeared for mention this morning at the Magistrate Court to set a trial date.
The two accused who are both juveniles are students, one attending Nguvia school and the other at Goldie college, Western province.
The Court heard a possible date for trial should be held during the school holidays when it will not affect the accused’s studies.
Principal Magistrate Shepard Lapo adjourned the case for seven days pending the accused in Western province’s return to Honiara for the school holidays.
